BOOKINGS
POLICY
We
require a minimum of 25% as a deposit, to confirm your
booking with us. This is to be done at time of booking.
No booking is guaranteed unless the deposit has been
paid. Guests are responsible for the whole period booked.
Arrivals from 2pm, departures prior to 10am (These times may be flexible, please discuss with Management).
Office hours:
8am to 6pm
Winter weekends 9am to 5pm
If you are viewing this web site out of these hours we would appreciate if you e-mailed your request. We check our
e-mails three times a day so you will have a reply as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
ALL cancellations incur a booking fee of 10% or a $35 minimum (which ever is the lowest). This is taken for the deposit paid with the balance returned to your Credit Card. No refund
for early departure.
ALL REFUNDS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE
BEACHPOINT APARTMENTS MANAGEMENT.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE NO REFUND.
